Your Parcel
All Oliver Roberts Jewellery orders are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with ample protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

• A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel.
• If you miss the Royal Mail delivery, a red "missed delivery" slip will be left for you. Royal Mail will attempt redelivery the next working day, or you can reschedule delivery online using the provided tracking number.
