Refunds & Returns Policy

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or an item may not be quite right for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for all pieces, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you wish to return an item simply because you have changed your mind, please note the following:

  • The item must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return.


Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

1. Damaged in Transit

If the package you receive appears damaged or open upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery.

  • Refuse the package and contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  • In this instance, we will cover all additional delivery costs to get a new item to you.

2. Manufacturing Faults

Faulty items will be accepted for return if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of delivery.

  • Assessment: All items returned as faulty will be assessed by our team.

  • Exclusions: Any item displaying damage deemed to be a direct result of fair wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.
